Big Country Grillin's Spiedie Pasta Salad

Make this Spiedie inspired side dish for your next BBQ! šŸŒžšŸ‘Øā€šŸ³

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 Bottles of Salamida's State Fair Spiedie Sauce

  • 2 boxes of pasta of choice (Rotini recommended)

  • 2 slices each of Mortadella, Peppered Ham, Hard Salami, Pepperoni, Hot Capicola (cut 1/2 inch thick)

  • 4 slices each of provolone and cheddar cheese (cut 1/2 inch thick)

  • 1 large yellow Tomato (diced small)

  • 2 roasted Red Peppers (diced small)

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Boil pasta and strain; let cool

  2. Add the 2 bottles of Salamida's State Fair Spiedie Sauce

  3. Add meats, cheeses, tomatoes and peppers

  4. Mix everything together

  5. Let sit overnight and serve!
