An easy meal bursting with asian-inspired flavor.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 tablespoons oil
16 oz. pork tenderloin
1 pkg. mixed frozen broccoli, carrots (desired vegetables)
2 cups instant brown or white rice
WHAT TO DO:
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or skillet
Cut pork into bite-size pieces
Add to pan and stir fry
When pork is almost done, add package of frozen vegetables
Cover and cook until vegetables are heated through and pork is cooked through
Add 6 tablespoons of sauce
Heat to boiling to thicken sauce
Serve with brown or white rice
